Hi there, if you are looking for yoga classes in English, we are here for you.
Tina teaches yoga on the beach in Tisvilde in the summer. But that is in July and August. So we have just started recording videos for you to use for free.
The first one is a short partner yoga class with Tina and Jonathan Fresco. It’s about being together on the mat, doing stuff together with someone you like being with. You are going to get close! Use two yoga mats right next to eachother. Have a laugh and maybe a sweat. Enjoy: VIDEO
Free yoga class - in English
This video is meant for beginners as home practice and to show, that people of all ages and shapes can do yoga.
It does not contain my usual jovial jokes - for those, you have to visit Yoga House Helsinge, Denmark - or Tisvilde on the beach in the summer.
