how to build a meditation practise …

Are you willing to spend 10 minutes a day making your mind more stable?

Meditation can become a habbit as unbreakable as brushing your teeth morning and night. Meditation can be what you need to keep your mind stable and create mental balance.

But new habbits take time. Here are a few tips to how to succeed

1) Find a place:

Find a spot in your home, that is quiet and light. Preferably by a window. Make sure you don’t have to rearrange the furniture every time to sit there. A chair or a sofa is also a find spot. Sitting cross legged is not necessary.

2) Find a regular time a day:

If your life permits, see if you can find your 10 minutes at the same time every day. Mornings are really good, but if evenings suit you better.

3) Track your attends the first couple of weeks or months.
